Supported Living Services
What We Do
We deliver safe, effective, high quality support for adults with learning disabilities and/or autism, through a Supported Living model, staffed on a 24-hour basis if that is what a person needs. We always work to reduce reliance on staff support in the best interests of the person being supported.
We support people with mental health conditions, learning disability and/or autism in their own homes through a person-centred approach.
Achieving and Maintaining High Quality
We do this by ensuring:
- Safe and effective recruitment procedures
- Staff trained to a high standard with extensive face to face training
- Embed a Positive Behaviour Support approach within our our service
- We can be an on-site 24-hour (waking night, sleep in night, or both) service, seven days a week depending on the needs of individuals
- We will always ensure that we have the right staff to provide the right support for people, to maximise their potential and help gain/regain control over their own lives
