Supported Living Services
What We Do
Our aim is simple and uncompromising: To deliver safe, effective, enhanced care, support and enablement services for adults with learning disabilities and/or autism, through a Supported Living model, staffed on a 24-hour basis if necessary. We work to reduce reliance on staff support in the best interests of the person being supported.
We support people with mental health conditions, learning disability and/or autism in their own homes through a person-centred approach
Achieving and Maintaining High Quality
We do this by ensuring:
- Safe and effective recruitment procedures in place
- Staff trained to a high standard with extensive face to face training
- Embed a Positive Behaviour Support approach within our our service
- We are an on-site 24-hour (waking night, sleep in night, or both) service, seven days a week depending on the needs of individuals
- We will always ensure that we have the right staff to provide the right support for people, to maximise their potential and help gain/regain control over their own lives
