Obsidian is a supported living organisation that supports people in their own homes.
We support adults in their own homes with mental health conditions, learning disability and/or autism with complex needs and behaviour that may challenge.
We work with allied health professionals and primary/secondary health services to support individuals to manage their health holistically.
We support people 24 hours a day seven days a week if they need this, and aim to reduce individual reliance on support to promote their independence. We will always work to progress people so they become less reliant on support and increase independence.
