Obsidian is a supported living organisation that supports people in their own homes if needed.
We support adults in their own homes with mental health conditions, learning disability and/or autism with needs that may be regarded as being complex.
We will work with allied health professionals and primary/secondary health services to support individuals to manage their physical health.
We will support people 24 hours a day seven days a week if they need this. We will always work to progress people so they become less reliant on support and increase their independence.
